Hi, my name is Alissa Haaker. I am the founder, owner, and professional groomer of Dirty Pup Patrol.
My grooming career began over 5 years ago when Petsmart put me through their training academy. After several years at Petsmart, I was approached by the owners, Marco and Marcelo, of a new salon in the area called Bubbles Pet Spa. A family owned and operated business sounded like a better fit for me, so I accepted their offer and joined the Bubbles team. For the next two years, I enjoyed working for Bubbles, expanding my knowledge and expertise in the field of grooming.
Over time, I came to the realization that the benefits of mobile grooming are priceless. With this understanding, I created Dirty Pup Patrol, in order to provide the best grooming experience possible to my customers, there pets, and myself.
Animals are my passion, and I feel privileged to have a career that allows me to work with them on a daily basis. Since the day I was born, I have shared my home with a variety of pets, all of which were as much a part of the family as I was. With that in mind, I understand that every pup I work with is someone's baby. I can't wait to meet you all and your dirty pups!

This is Spencer, my baby. I found him at the San Pedro Animal Shelter, and I seriously won the lottery. I'm sure he wishes his mom had a different profession so he wouldn't have to be clean all the time, but he's a good sport.
